Meet Elvis! I remember seeing his ad pop up on the Bowie Auction Horses Facebook page in December 2021 and thinking to myself, "No, you do NOT need another horse". Well, long story short, we won the bid over the phone with the sale barn owner and my husband said, "Merry Christmas, Happy Birthday, and Happy Anniversary". lol Let me just say, it's been an amazing ride with this stallion, and it just keeps getting better as we go. Elvis spent all of 2022 with BT REINING HORSES in Whitesboro TX being broke out and finished in the reining discipline. In February, 2023, we brought him home for a much-needed rest and to get his first breeding season underway. Elvis will have a couple dozen foals on the ground in 2024 and we are so excited to see his first foal crop this coming year!! Soon as breeding season ends, he will be back in training to get him ready to show in 2024. Elvis is paint, not quarter horse, APHA papers ONLY. Homozygous black and splash1. 6 panel negative including IMM and 1 copy of LWO. He has a very sweet disposition and a petite build. We would like to see him crossed on some thicker mares in the future!! Quick to learn and a sharp mind. We can't wait to see what he stamps his foals with!!!
